Estuary Run

We are beginning the Estuary Run next week. You will be in your running groups one two and three we will start the run at the board walk. 

Equipment

Sport Shoes (must be coved)

PE Gear

Step 1: You will run around the filed and out the gate by the dental clinic.

Step 2: Now turn right and run down Grace Rd.

Step 3: You have to cross at the speed bump.

Step 4: Next you take another right and turn down on to the main road.

Step 5: Finally you see the sign for the estuary and turn down it.

Step 6: You follow the estuary till you get to the end and run up the hill.

Step 7: Last you run in the same gate you came out and run on the path cross the crossing and there you are.
